Passport Confirmations
Some brands use Pasera’s simplified flow. Instead of a full production request, they send you a passport confirmation — a short form that takes about 2 minutes. You confirm where the product is made and attach your certificates. That’s it. No batch data, no energy or water figures.
Where it appears
- Email — the brand sends you a link. Click it to open the confirmation page. No Pasera account is needed.
- Portal inbox — if you have a Pasera account, the same request also shows in your Inbox at factory.pasera.app as a Confirm passport item. Clicking it opens the confirmation page in a new tab.
What you fill in
The page shows the product name and the brand. You do three things:
- Country of manufacture — required. Enter the 2-letter country code, e.g.
BDfor Bangladesh. - Facility address — optional. The address of the site where the product is made.
- Certificates — upload your certificate files (PDF, PNG, JPG, or SVG, max 10 MB each). Pasera reads them automatically and extracts the issuer, dates, and reference numbers. They attach to the product’s passport.
Then press Confirm.
What happens after
- The product’s passport upgrades from Preliminary to Verified.
- The item clears from your inbox.
- The brand is notified.
If the brand reviews confirmations first, you see “awaiting the brand’s approval” instead. The brand checks your details and approves them — the passport upgrades once they do. You don’t need to do anything else.
