Upload your third-party certificates once and reuse them across all brand requests.

Uploading a certificate
- Go to Certificates in the sidebar
- Click Upload certificate
- Select a PDF file (max 10MB)
- Choose the certificate type
- Optionally enter the issuer, reference number, and expiry date
Automatic OCR extraction
After upload, Pasera’s AI automatically extracts:
- Certificate type
- Issuing body
- Issue and expiry dates
- Reference/license number
- Scope description
You can review and correct the extracted data.
Expiry alerts
Pasera monitors your certificate expiry dates:
- Expiring within 30 days — highlighted as “Expiring soon”
- Expiring within 90 days — shown as warning
- Expired — marked in red
You and your brand partners receive email alerts when certificates are about to expire.
Using certificates in DPP requests
When filling a DPP request, step 4 shows all your certificates. Check the ones that apply to this batch — they’ll be included in the published DPP.
