Dashboard

The brand dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your DPP program.

Setup checklist

New users see a setup checklist at the top of the dashboard with 5 steps:

  1. Create your account
  2. Set up your brand
  3. Create your first product
  4. Invite your first supplier
  5. Publish your first DPP

The checklist shows a progress bar and links to each step. You can also click Explore with sample data to load a demo product, supplier, batch, and published DPP — then remove it when you’re ready to add real data.

The checklist can be collapsed to a compact bar and reappears until all steps are complete. In the default flow, “Create your first product” links to the one-screen New passport form — creating a passport completes both the product and DPP steps at once.

Stats cards

The top row shows key metrics (always visible, even at zero):

  • Active products — total products in your catalog
  • Supply chain — connected factories and how many countries they span
  • DPPs generated — passports created, with this month’s count
  • Avg CO₂ / unit — average across your published DPPs, compared to the category average

An action bar above the cards flags urgent items (overdue requests, expiring certificates) when there are any.

Production pipeline

A visual breakdown of batch states — relevant once you record production runs (see Batches):

  • Awaiting request — created but not yet sent to factory
  • Accepted — factory accepted the request
  • Submitted — factory submitted data, awaiting your review
  • Shipped — goods dispatched
  • Delivered — goods received

This helps you spot bottlenecks — e.g., many batches stuck early in the pipeline may indicate factory engagement issues. An Active shipments panel next to it tracks in-transit shipments.

Activity feed

The Activity page (under Reports in the sidebar, also summarized in the dashboard’s Recent activity panel) shows a chronological feed of events across your supply chain:

  • Supplier confirmed a passport (via the confirmation link)
  • Factory submitted data for a batch
  • Factory viewed your request
  • DPP published
  • Supplier accepted your invitation
  • Certificate expiring soon

Each item links directly to the relevant batch, product, or supplier page.

Performance

Dashboard data is pre-computed and served from cache (KV), so it loads instantly regardless of how many products or batches you have. Stats refresh every 3 minutes.
