Getting Started as an Agent
Your agent account
Agent organizations are set up by Pasera with a focus of either brand agent or factory agent. Once your organization exists, you are invited as its owner by email (a magic link). Follow the link, set a password if prompted, and you land on your agent home: the network view across everything you manage.
If you also belong to a brand or factory organization, the top bar lets you move between your own home and the agent network.
Add your first client
From the agent home you build out your network:
- Brand agent: open Customers and add a client brand. You can invite the brand’s real owner now or later.
- Factory agent: open Suppliers and add a factory to your roster.
You can create and fully operate a managed organization before its owner ever logs in. When the client is ready to take over, send an owner invite and they get their own access, with all the data you have already entered.
A typical first week
- Add your client brands (or factories) to the network.
- For a brand: add its products and map its factories as suppliers.
- Create a batch and send a DPP request to the factory, or accept a proposal a factory sends you.
- Once the factory submits, review the PEFCR score and publish the passport.
- Track everything from the agent home: Batches & DPPs, Shipments & Warehouse.
Working free
Your managed factories are always free, and your client brands sit on the free tier with full ESPR compliance. You only deal with paid plans if a client chooses to upgrade to Pro for tools beyond compliance.
