Batches & DPPs
Your agent home gives you network-wide views of production and passports, so you can manage many clients without switching into each one.
Batches
The Batches view lists every batch across all your client brands, with the product, PO reference, quantity, state, the client brand, and the factory. Use it to see what is in production, what is waiting on factory data, and what is ready to publish across the whole book of work.
To act on a batch (send a request, review a submission, publish), switch into that client brand from the top bar. See Customers.
Digital Product Passports
The DPPs view lists published passports across all clients, with the product, the client brand, the GTIN and serial, the publish date, and the carbon figure per unit. It is the quickest way to confirm which products are compliant and live, and to spot clients with gaps.
Creating a batch
A batch can start two ways:
- Brand-led: switch into the client brand and create the batch directly, then send the DPP request.
- Factory-led: accept a factory proposal, which creates the batch under the client for you.
