This guide covers everything you need to use Pasera as a brand — from creating your first product to publishing Digital Product Passports.

Overview

As a brand, you use Pasera to:

  1. Define products — name, materials, care instructions, category, subcategory
  2. Build your supply chain — connect with factories, map Tier 1/2/3 suppliers
  3. Create batches — link products to production runs at specific factories
  4. Collect data — send DPP requests to factories, receive production data
  5. Review and publish — validate data, review PEFCR scores, publish DPPs
  6. Share — download branded QR codes, preview consumer pages
  7. Integrate — sync with Shopify/WooCommerce, set up webhooks

Quick start

  1. Sign up at pasera.app with email or Google
  2. Create your brand organization during onboarding
  3. Invite your first supplier
  4. Create a product with materials and care instructions
  5. Create a batch and send a DPP request
  6. Once the factory submits, review and publish
  7. Download QR code and share the consumer page

Working with an agent

If a sourcing or buying agent manages your brand, they can do all of the above on your behalf and switch into your account to act as you. When you are ready to take over directly, they send you an owner invite and you inherit everything already set up. See the Agent Guide.
