Warehouse

The Warehouse view shows produced stock that has not yet fully shipped, across all your client brands. For each batch you see the quantity produced, how much has shipped, and the remaining balance, with the client brand and factory. It is your at-a-glance picture of what is sitting ready to move.

Shipments

The Shipments view lists shipments across all clients, with the product, PO reference, quantity, transport mode, and shipped and arrived dates. Transport data also feeds the PEFCR footprint, so keeping shipments accurate keeps the passports accurate.

Requesting a shipment

Once a factory marks a batch as produced, a shipment can be requested. Switch into the client brand to request it, or coordinate directly with the factory. The factory then fulfils it and attaches customs and commercial documents, as described in the Factory Guide.
