Shipments & Warehouse
Track shipments from your factory to brand destinations, attach shipping documents, and manage your warehouse inventory.
Shipments page
Go to Shipments in the sidebar to see all shipments across your brand partners. Shipments are organized into tabs:

| Draft | Shipments created but not yet dispatched |
| In Transit | Dispatched shipments awaiting delivery confirmation |
| Delivered | Completed shipments confirmed by the brand |
Each row shows: shipment reference, brand, number of items, dispatch date, and current status.
Confirming and shipping
When a brand requests a shipment:
- The request appears in your Draft tab
- Review the items and quantities
- Click Confirm & Ship to mark it as dispatched
- Enter the tracking number and carrier (optional)
- The shipment moves to In Transit and the brand is notified
Attaching documents
On the shipment detail page, click Add document to upload:
- Bill of lading — shipping carrier document
- Packing list — itemized contents of the shipment
- Customs declaration — export/import forms
- Certificate of origin — country of manufacture proof
- Other — any additional shipping documentation
Documents are stored securely and visible to both you and the brand.
Customs QR
Each shipment has a Customs QR button that generates a QR code linking to a summary page with all batch documents, certificates, and shipping papers. Freight forwarders and customs officials can scan this QR to access everything they need without logging into Pasera.
Warehouse
The Warehouse tab shows your current inventory of finished goods ready to ship. Items appear here after a batch is marked as production complete. Each row shows the product, batch/PO reference, quantity available, and the requesting brand.
