Getting Started (Factory)
Language
The factory portal is available in 6 languages: English, Mandarin (中文), Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), Bengali (বাংলা), Turkish (Türkçe), and Hindi (हिन्दी). Select your language from the sidebar.
Sign up
Go to factory.pasera.app and create an account with email + password.
Set up your factory
After signing up, you’ll be asked to:
- Enter your company legal name
- Select your country
- Choose your tier level (Tier 1 garment, Tier 2 fabric/dye, Tier 3 yarn/farm)
- Optionally add a contact email for brand communications
Complete your profile
Go to Profile and add:
- Facilities — your physical production sites with energy mix and water source
- Contact information
Register your products
Go to My Products and add what you produce:
- Product name and type (fabric, yarn, dye, garment, etc.)
- Materials composition with percentages
- Environmental data per unit (energy kWh, water liters, waste %)
- Whether chemicals are used in production
Upload certificates
Go to Certificates and upload your PDF certificates:
- GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BCI, GRS, ISO 14001, bluesign, etc.
- AI automatically extracts issuer, dates, and reference numbers
- Certificates are shared across all brand requests
Declare suppliers
If you work with Tier 2/3 partners (fabric mills, yarn spinners), go to Suppliers:
- Add their details (name, country, tier, what they supply)
- Optionally invite them to verify their own data
