Team management
Invite colleagues to your Pasera organization and control what they can do.
Inviting team members
- Go to Team in the sidebar
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They receive an email with a link to join
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — manage team, billing, settings, all product/batch operations |
| Member | Create and edit products, batches, suppliers. Cannot manage team or billing |
| Read-only | View everything but cannot create, edit, or delete |
Only Owners can invite new members or change roles. Every organization must have at least one Owner.
Managing members
On the Team page you can:
- Change a member’s role
- Remove a member from the organization
- See when each member last logged in
Organization settings
Go to Settings in the sidebar to configure your organization.
Company information
- Legal name — your company’s registered name
- Brand name — displayed on consumer pages and DPPs
- Country — your company’s base country
Billing
View your current plan (Free or Pro), manage your subscription, and see invoice history.
Free plan includes:
- Unlimited products, suppliers, and published DPPs
- PEFCR environmental scoring
- Cryptographically signed passports
- CSV import
Pro plan ($199/mo) adds:
- Unlimited published DPPs
- Shopify and WooCommerce integrations
- Webhooks
- Priority support
- Custom branding on consumer pages
