Production Requests

This page applies to factory agents. It is the single inbox of data requests across every factory in your roster.

One inbox for the roster

When brands send DPP requests to your factories, they all appear here, with the product, the brand that sent the request, the factory it went to, the due date, and the current state. Instead of logging into each factory, you triage the whole roster from one place.

Filling a request

Open a request and complete the guided production form on the factory’s behalf: facility, energy, water, waste, transport, and certificates. This is the same form described in the Factory Guide. When you submit, Pasera calculates the PEFCR footprint and the request goes back to the brand for review.

Reassigning a request

Sometimes a request lands on the wrong factory, or a run moves to a different site. You can reassign a request to another factory in your roster, as long as it has not been submitted yet. The batch follows the request to the new factory.

A request can only be reassigned within your own roster, and only before it is submitted. Once submitted, it is locked.
