Shipments
Track goods from your factories to your warehouse or distribution centers. Manage the full lifecycle from request to delivery.
Shipments page
Go to Shipments in the sidebar to see all shipments across your suppliers. Shipments are organized into tabs:

| Draft | Shipment requests not yet dispatched by the factory |
| In Transit | Dispatched shipments en route to you |
| Delivered | Completed shipments confirmed as received |
Each row shows: shipment reference, factory, number of items, dispatch date, estimated arrival, and current status.
Requesting a shipment
From batch detail
Click Request shipment on any batch detail page to create a shipment for that batch.
Multi-select checkout
To combine multiple batches into one shipment:
- Go to Shipments and click New shipment
- Select batches from the list using checkboxes — filter by factory, product, or status
- Click Create shipment to bundle them into a single shipment request
- The factory receives a notification to prepare and dispatch
Shipment detail
Click any shipment row to see:
- Items — all batches included in the shipment
- Documents — bill of lading, packing list, customs declaration, and other attachments uploaded by the factory
- Tracking — carrier and tracking number (if provided)
- Timeline — status history from draft to delivered
Confirming delivery
When goods arrive, click Mark as delivered on the shipment detail page. This updates the status for both you and the factory.
Warehouse
The Warehouse tab shows inventory that has been delivered but not yet distributed. Each row shows the product, batch/PO reference, quantity, factory, and delivery date. Use this view to track what’s in stock and ready for distribution.
